Senior Consultants are responsible for understanding business needs and delivering efficient, intuitive solutions. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders, and be able to explain complex concepts in non-technical terms. Requirements
At least 2+ years of design, development and implementation experience with Appian Low-Code Automation Platform
Break down functional requests into discrete implementation steps for junior team members
Design and develop database models and objects to support BPM applications
Design and troubleshoot Appian process models
In-depth knowledge of smart services, records, business rules, user interfaces and BPM concepts
Extensive knowledge of Appian platform capabilities
Practical experience using Appian AI skills and features
Ability to lead a small team or work independently
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mentality
Skilled in designing intuitive, human-centric Appian interfaces
Experience writing complex SQL queries
Proactive, driven, with a growth mindset
Experience:
2 years of experience with Appian is a must
Preferred Skills
Appian Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification preferred
Experienced writing or updating Appian Plug-ins and Component Plugins
Experience integrating with Amazon/Google/Microsoft AI services
Experience with Git or other VCS system
Experience with GAMS or government procurement systems
